I'd never heard of the phrase DRINKWARE before, which made it quite difficult for me to solve today's spangram — even if in hindsight it looks quite obvious.
Some of the specific items were equally hard to think of; I got TUMBLER, TANKARD and GOBLET easily enough, but STEIN was a tricky one and SNIFTER took me an absolute age to find.
After all that hard work, I think I need a drink…

What is NYT Strands?
Strands is the NYT's not-so-new-any-more word game, following Wordle and Connections. It's now a fully fledged member of the NYT's games stable that has been running for a year and which can be played on the NYT Games site on desktop or mobile.
